How can I download my digital files?

After the payment confirmation, sign in to your account using a web browser such as Safari or Google Chrome. Locate your order under "Purchases" and click "Download Files" next to it. You will be redirected to a page with all the files attached to your order.

 

Files are downloaded. What's next?

To get started with our digital products, you'll need an iPad or tablet, an Apple Pencil or stylus, and a PDF annotation app like Good Notes or Notability. This setup recreates the experience of traditional pen and paper, enhanced with the flexibility and convenience of digital tools.

 

Are your products compatible with different devices and apps?

We design and test our products on an iPad Pro with Good Notes and Apple Pencil, but their versatility goes beyond that! As interactive PDF files, our planners work seamlessly on various devices using PDF annotation apps like Notability, Noteshelf, ZoomNotes, or the Xodo app that supports stylus input. Whether you're on an Apple, Android, or Windows device, you'll enjoy the full, rich experience our planners offer.

 

Will a physical item be shipped to me?

No. At the moment, the products we sell are DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY. Once your purchase has been confirmed, you can download your purchased files instantly.

 

Can I resell your products?

No, all products available on WareTrove are strictly for personal use only. By buying any of our digital items, you agree not to resell, share, distribute, or otherwise make them available to others in any form, whether for free or for profit.

 

Do you accept refunds, returns, or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we're unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Files are delivered instantly upon purchase, so all sales are final.
