WareTrove and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in these products, including all associated intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights over the products.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the Product is defective or does not match the description provided. If you believe you have received a faulty Product, please contact us at contact@waretrove.com within 3 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke your license to use the Products at any time if you violate the terms of this Agreement. You must immediately cease using the Products and delete all copies from your devices upon termination.
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Products will meet your requirements or be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use arising out of or related to your use of the Products.
This Agreement is governed by and construed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website or through other communication methods. Your continued use of the Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
